Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Easy Source ComplyPro (“the Platform”) is operated by Easy Source HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated in India with its registered office at 3C&D, 25 Gopala Towers, Rajendra Place, New Delhi – 110008, India.

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Platform. By registering an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.

2. What the Service provides

The Platform provides labour law and statutory compliance information, compliance calendars, document management, alerts and related tools. Features available to you depend on the plan you subscribe to, as described on our Pricing page.

Important limitation — not legal advice

The Platform provides information and software tools. It does not provide legal, tax or professional advice, and using it does not create an advocate–client or consultant–client relationship. Statutory content is compiled from public sources and updated with reasonable care, but laws change frequently and vary by state, industry and establishment. You remain responsible for your own regulatory compliance and should consult a qualified professional before acting on anything you read here.

3. Accounts and registration

• You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering, and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password confidential.
• Accounts are for the named user or organisation. Login credentials must not be shared beyond the number of users permitted by your plan.
• You must notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, are used unlawfully, or that we reasonably believe are compromised.

4. Free and paid plans

We offer a free plan and paid subscription plans. The free plan provides access to view compliance content and selected features, and has no expiry unless we discontinue it. Certain features — including downloads of documents, reports and exports — are available only on paid plans.

We may change the features included in any plan. Where a change materially reduces what a paid plan provides, we will give you reasonable notice, and you may cancel under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Fees, taxes and invoicing

• Subscription fees are as displayed on the Pricing page at the time of purchase.
• All prices are exclusive of GST, which is charged additionally at the applicable rate.
• A GST tax invoice is issued for every successful payment and sent to your registered email address.
• Fees are payable in advance for the billing cycle you select.
• We may revise pricing; revised prices apply from your next renewal, not the current paid term.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner. We do not receive, process or store your card number, CVV or UPI credentials — those are entered directly with the payment provider on their systems. We retain only the transaction reference, payment method type, amount and status needed to issue invoices and provide support.

Your subscription activates once payment is confirmed. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend access until it is resolved.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense or publish content obtained from the Platform, except for your own internal compliance use;
• Use automated means to scrape, harvest or bulk-download content;
• Circumvent, disable or attempt to defeat access controls, plan restrictions or security measures;
• Share paid-plan access with parties outside your organisation;
• Upload unlawful, infringing or malicious content, or anything you lack the right to upload;
• Use the Platform in a way that interferes with its operation or other users’ access;
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable Indian law.

8. Your content

You retain ownership of documents and data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to build products for third parties.

9. Our intellectual property

The Platform, its software, design, compilations, and original material remain the property of Easy Source HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and its licensors. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription term.

Statutory instruments themselves (Acts, rules, notifications, government forms) are public documents; our rights extend to our compilation, presentation, commentary and software, not to the underlying law.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Access may be unavailable during planned maintenance, or due to failures outside our reasonable control including internet, hosting, power or third-party service failures.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis;
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings;
• Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the subscription fees actually paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or content you upload that infringes a third party’s rights.

13. Suspension and termination

You may cancel at any time as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service unlawfully. On termination your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature survive continue to apply.

Following termination we retain your data for the period described in our Privacy Policy, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Where changes are material we will notify registered users by email or through the Platform. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service.
